Dear Players,

this week we have another edition of the 'Spells and Mechanics' series for you. In this video we showcase some fixes to stealth mechanics, namely that stealthed players can not get hit by the Hunter's Multi-Shot ability or by 'chained' damage of spells like Chain Lightning.

You will also see some more examples of working diminishing returns and we show you fixes to the Berserking and Restoration Buff/Debuff from battlegrounds.
Last but not least, we fixed an issue that annoys many players, which is that cooldown resetting ablities like Rogue's Preparation and Mage's Cold Snap did not always work properly. On Kronos these issues should not happen anymore!

the frostnova that proccs from Frostbite, will that Frostnova also be in the category of DR?

Because on Feenix, like every melee was frosted all the time and guess because they were not fixed.
 
The Frostbite effect was changed to be subject to diminishing returns in PvP. Patch 2.1.0.
The procc is not supposed to be subject of DR. This also works.

According to the changelog, the Quest #3010 Defusing the Threat was Removed from the game? Why?
 
Changed in patch 1.11.
Chain targeted spells and abilities (e.g. Multi-shot, Cleave, Chain Lightning) will no longer land if target cannot be seen by the caster due to stealth or invisibility.
