Mission
To be the go to guild for the late-hour North American Time Zone, english speaking Kronos player. PVE will be the primary focus as a guild, but any night not set for 40 man raiding will be set for structured PVP and or 20 man runs.
For individual to prosper in real life as well in-game. Responsibilities may not allow you to put your job/family aside for the majority of most evenings when the majority of guilds in NA raid. We want to change that.
Raiding
Starting at 10:00-10:30 EST, 7:00-7:30 PST; 2 nights a week. (Days will be voted on) We will be bringing in a few hybrid specs to max raid buffing and to simply let you play how you want.
That being said, we will remain a professional tone (on raid nights), courteous in /g chat (always), and stay very organized. So odd groups left, even right...
Examples: (will be coordinated with your class leader)
[*=1]Rogue: A split between dagger and sword to prevent wasted loot.
[*=1]Pally: 1 Proc* AoE build with Heal Set (must get kings), 1 Ret* (must get IMP BoM)
[*=1]Druid: 1 Feral* druid (Fed non set gear at cost of DKP) 0-1 Boomkin.
[*=1]Warrior: 1 Fury (3rd tank) 5/5 demo shout, 2 Fury* 5/5 Battle shout.
[*=1]Hunter: 3 required to run True Shot Aura, with great gear others will be able to spec survival.
[*=1]Mage: 2 full frost mages (for debuff incase one is absent) others arcane/frost (till after bwl)
[*=1]Warlock: Each warlock will have a different amount of points in Imp Health Stone, as different ranks can be carried at the same time.
[*=1]Priest: 1 Shadow* Priest, 1 Full Disc* (will be fed spirit gear) others Holy/Disc.
* Indicates a high raid attendance will be required for buffs or risk losing your hybrid slot
Loot
Will be a combination of loot council and DKP. Certain rolls will be fed gear in the beginning (2 main tanks, 1 healer from each spec) at the cost of DKP. Disenchanting an item that is an upgrade will not be permitted, and loot council will take over at this point, at the cost of DKP. No trial periods are required for new members. Negative DKP is possible; from obtaining gear, not from an Onxyia wipe.
Leaders
Each class will be assigned a class leader with officer rank. You will join your /class channel for communication. These officers are responsible for assisting is the specs of all guild members of their respective class, participating in loot council, and raid group configuration.
Raid leading will be split among 3 to 4 people. This is a voluntary roll that all are invited to partake in. Our strongest, most organized leaders will be awarded progression night raid lead. You will not be expected to lead raids on farm status, as your primary focus will be on current progression. This will allow future leaders to grow in confidence and ability.
PVP officers will be responsible for non-raid night guild activity. A heavy presence in all 3 battle grounds is expected. Said officers will coordinate pre-made PVP within the guild and throughout the PVP community/server. Participate in loot council in regards to off set pieces, to ensure PVP players are rewarded such loot. And to assist those in need, from a world PVP perspective.
Craft Specialist (one of each) will be handed all receipts on first drop. They will remain in a custom crafting chat to coordinate material exchange, loot distribution of crafted gear, and assigned specific guild bank permissions to properly perform said duties.
Joining
There is no application, no trial periods of raiding without loot. No website to have to register for. Simply find a member in game, everybody will have invite rights.
