Hunter Possible Hunter PvP Builds

Looking for some help with PvP talents. I am a Dwarf Hunter and I would like to start Solo Queueing battlegrounds once I hit 60 and I get enough gear to keep myself alive. I've built 3 possible specs and I was just wondering what the pros and cons of each are. I want to focus on bursty big crit damage and not really use my pet much unless it's for a little extra DPS or CC. The only real difference in the first two is taking Lightning Reflexes (Survival) or Barrage (Marksman) and I think I prefer Lighning Reflexes. The third spec sacrifices Killer Instinct (Survival) to take Trueshot Aura (Marksman).

I would not take any of the specs you have presented if your goal is just damage. As a hunter in the battlegrounds your focus should be on controlling other players (E.g. Freezing trap, scatter shot, intimidation) and slowing other players for peels on your FC (E.g. frost trap, concussive shot, wing clip, scatter shot). If you are only looking to do damage i would recommend reconsidering but if you are truly set on it your highest damage output in pvp is probably going to come from a beast mastery spec.

back in Nilla, I always played a Intimidation/Scattershot build. Was quite effective at controlling the field. It has been a LONG time but it was something like this:

Sorry for just now replying to this post I just started playing here, but I wanted to agree with Azzurathe. This is the PvP spec I ran back in the day and it was very effective.

Nice inspiration here, i always played warrior, this time hunter and i cant wait to lvl by WSG
