Druid Feral Druid Movement Speed

Hi all. What is highest passive movement speed you can achieve in Cat Form on Vanilla? I know you can get +30% speed as a talent, but then I noticed that the PvP set gives +15% movement speed also. Do these stack? Also do boot movement speed enchants stack with either of them? Thanks!

They do not stack.

Set and talents do, boots do not

you get move speed from hakkar heart buff and zanza potion too, but idk if they stack with each other, or even with cat form and the set bonus.
