Ola all,
So when I was walking back to my Razonfen Downs instance I made a detour, and then I fell through the floor.. Now Im dead, in a big empty crater, some assets (including instance portal) are up there in the sky.. since Im dead my HS doesnt work. The unstuck feature in the twinstar-account page hasnt worked thusfar, the message implied it should've unstuck me instantly?
I'd tried to use Discord to reach out, but the Kronos discord server kicked me since my account there is new. Might continue trying there later.
Am I doing this right? Does the unstuck button take time, or does it bug out on dead ppl?
