That is not an actual in-game vendor... Its a vendor that was temporarely added for testing out Naxxramas on the PTR before its release.

And don't tell me blizzard never added stuff they only used for fun or to test with and was never used on real servers....

Rat Nova and Curse of Idiocy are just few good examples of what never made it off from the testing phase and was made partially for fun.

Nope they added things that where never used on live servers.
