Hello,
I didn't find any info in forums ,if more stuff will be added as option in the donation shop for the 1.12.1 realm.
So are there gonna be more options,when,and what will they be ?

I would say if there are any new options, they will update us on what they're adding. Right now the stuff is just cosmetic, and I believe if they add anything new it will follow the same idea.

Type of the items will never change, they will be vanity items only.

Faction. You can't be human with raptor or orc with horse.
