Add Honor Standing List for K3 on Armory

Add standing list for K3 on Armory, same as it always existed for K1, and K2 too while it was active.

Mm okay, it doesn't pop up when you mouseover PvP > Honor Ranking.. There's just K1, whereas both K1 and K2 were there before.
