[Addon] ExpandAssist

Hey,
this is a very simple addon enabling the raid assist to do the same as an raid leader. I know there is already an Addon (AnaronsRaidMod) that does is, but it provides a lot of functions that you may not want. Therefore I isolated that function.

Might want to inform you have to rename the addon to just Expandassist, doesn't work otherwise. Nice work though Shino! ps, work faster on dpsmate thx in advance ^^

Right, remove the -master, when you downloaded it or rename it to ExpandAssist.
