Alchemy Alchemy +75 problem

Hi guys , today i found little problem with alchemy . It doesnt make sense to me , my character is lvl 10 (alch 75/75) and i cant go up with skill and vendor not offering higher skill on train . If is my question stupid , I apologise , this is my first time in vanilla . all help is welcome

First off all trainers in 1.12.1 did not have all recipes like later expansions but rather those suited for them in this case you are speaking to an expert which is usually 150-225 some of them have low lvl recipes tho but at some skills you might even wanna buy recipes from vendors or such to skill up to a point where you can learn higher.

note: you most likely have filter on to hide those you cannot learn, try click filter
