So to answer the unanswered stuff. I restested ingame each one on testrealm (unless it was not a bug).
How they do it: They take a specific route throughout the instance avoiding aggro and/or using invisibility pots in order to bypass the mobpacks. There's a safespot in Jin'dos trash room to the left (by the statue) in which you can avoid both the berserker and Jindo's trash patrol. The goal for the players is to make it to that safe spot and after the berserker has passed start aoe farming down pack for pack (which is done in a specific spec without frostbite).
Tyr's Hand mobs have 3x less HP, identical item drops and more silver per kill, minus coins/bijous. To get to that Jindo spot, player has to use invis + speed boost.
The crests can be used to banish other elementals, but shouldn't give exp.

Another thing which doesn't work on most servers I've played on is the Lava Damage ticks. What I mean by this is that you should be able to bypass "ticks" of the lava damage by timing your jumps in the Lava, which many servers have ignored to implement.

Have you guys checked pet pathing? Hunter and lock pets
On ED you could pull general drakkisath from the UBRS/LBRS entrance. Pets dont follow any pathing 'rules' If the player can /target the mob, he can /attack and the pet would travel the entire instance to go get him, then you can pull him back. Pretty cheesy.
Pets won't attack targets they cannot see. Pet in UBRS checks for pathing and returns back to you.
Campfires started by flagged players flag other players
- They don't flag on Kronos.
I hate when mod run just right into your hitbox,and you cant hit em unless you make a step backward.and so is a bug with some yellow mobs which dont attack you at all.Hope theyll be fixed on Kronos.

- The described mobs movement helps prevent botting. On Kronos, mobs reposition themselves around you at times.
- The only yellow mobs that don't attack are critters.
Rogue: When I throw while stealthed to a pack, only the mob wich got hit got pulled. While unstealthed and throw, whole pack got pulled. Also worked on bosses that are used to be chainpulled.
Deadmines: I soloed VanCleef with a lvl 18 warlock, just DoT him and jump to a safe ledge, he will follow you but he cannot come on the ledge so you can keep DoT him till he dies, worked on Capt. Greenskin and Cookie aswell.
- Everyhing gets pulled even with stealth or shadowmeld on Kronos.
- When an enemy cannot get into melee range with you and if you don't return into a place where he can come to you, he will reset to his spawnpoint.
Sometimes you dying from falling damage after teleport.
- Does not happen on Kronos. The game checks if you fell or teleported.
- It was mentioned, only with stealth, and it does not work. You cannot separate mobs from packs in the open world or instances.
