Paladin any tester paladins know the state of reckoning here?

any of you paladins testers with an idea of whether reckoning looks like it will work?
not "work" like in Feenix where charges never drop... i mean work blizzlike

Ahhh should have thought to mention that. 5:33 into the video I listed as evidence is when he reviews some things that drop reckoning charges. It's just a quick list he gives but I figured an actual vanilla wow source might be a good thing to add to the report.

The website I linked in the report has more information as well. The publish date of the website I linked is from 2006.
