Paladin Are there any major problems with paladin/reckoning?

I might make a paladin on K3 but have never played here before. Tried to look at the bug tracker and it won't let me view tickets, so I thought I'd ask here: are there any known issues with paladin, and reckoning in particular? It's one of those things that seem to work differently on every server. Are all the procs and spell power coefficients working correctly etc.?

paladin spell/abilities/coefficients are really complicated in general (in contrast to the class itself i guess)

you can connect to the Kronos PTR to do some testing if you want.
you can add any item/spell rank you want and try it out

at least thats what i do to have a more clear opinion myself on whats happening
