Depends on the rest of your gear and context. For pvp, I'd focus on stacking crit and stamina on my gear. That would mean +100 HP enchant.

Thanks Horo. Took some advice from Gurokun too, and decided while I'm using Lionheart and Titanic, I'm going +8 Agi, since I'm focused on PvP. I'll grab +100 HP when I get my hands on Officer (blue set) Gear. Just gotta get those ranks.
+8 STR seems to be the go-to for minmaxing dps for raiding, which I'm not going to be Arms for. Tanking that shit. Thanks again for the input.

If you want max crit, go for Stronghold Gauntlets and enchant your weapon with 25 agility.
For reference, when I started with pvp, I used Eldritch Reinforced Legplates and Helm of the Executioner with +100 HP enchant respectively. Having 4500 HP to begin with is really nice, but of course one misses out on a lot of crit. Personal preference. Let me know how you fare with this more offensive setup!
