Druid Bear Form Attack Power Bonus

Greetings everyone.

Just wanted to ask if anyone can confirm the Bug reported here https://vanilla-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?issue=5368 about the Druid Attack Power bonus when in Bear Form.
The report was updated 7 days ago to "need info" so I'm not sure if really a bug or not. If it is, then it should soon since it gives druids a big disavantage.
