Rogue best rogue PvE profession

Hey just a quick question. I can't find a PvE rogue guide for Kronos with the best dps profession.
I think it's engineering. Is that correct?
And by the way is there good leather armor to craft so it maybe pays to train leather working?

Level with skinning / Mining (keep materials in bank)
@60 drop those 2 profession and level herbalism + ingineer (sapper charge raise up your PVE performance)

Cause you need to make money, eat consumable and with big population its the best trick to get easy money.

Dont forget to sell all leather in vendor during leveling
