Bugged Quest Chain in Lakeshire

Sorry if this is the wrong place, I don't have sufficient permissions to submit a but report.

I can't accept the 2nd quest from Deputy Feldon in Lakeshire. It's the 2nd quest in the chain to kill Gnolls in Redridge. I think it's called Assessing The Threat. I was able to complete the one to kill Mystics and Brutes but he doesn't have the follow up quest. My Friend has it but He can't share it with me either, The game says I already have it but it's not in my quest log. And Killing the gnolls required shows no progress.

I would recommend searching the name of the quest your friend has in the twinstar database to see where it begins.

Yeah, maybe I already completed it without realizing in my group. Because its not the gnolls I was thinking of, The only thing that made me think it was a bug is because It happend with another quest in Westfall, the treasure map one. I was able to fix that chain by waiting for a while for the chest to reset basically. There is a quest that my buddy has that's acting that though, and its blackrock bounty. He's sure he hasn't done it but maybe he did and forgot? He's sure he hasn't though because He didn't do the escort quest inside the cave where you find the champions for Blackrock Bounty. I don't really know, thanks.
