Shaman Call to Fire

Anyone had a problem with the shammy quest call to fire the elemental you have to kill at the end is invisible try logging off and on but the same thing happens.
 
i remember not being able to see it at first. i ran up and down the path and around the plateau at the top a bit and he randomly appeared.
 
Just did this quest myself i ran down the bottom of the hill until i was no longer in the shrine of the dormant flame then ran back up the top and he was there.
 
It has a 10 minute respawn time for some reason, so what's probably happening is someone recently completed the quest and it just hasn't respawned.
