From what I understand, after 4.2 the auction houses are now divided alliance, horde and neutral. The population doesn't seem that high and in addition to the fact that I'm playing alliance only makes this worse. Now it's harder to manage, sell and generally trade as it's harder for users to access the markets and find what they want. I either have to pick the neutral auctions which are much more inaccessible for players or use the stormwind alliance-only auction. The trading population already isn't great and it diminishing further is disheartening to see. This feature of splitting auction houses doesn't look to be that relevant to the gameplay experience either so I'm hoping this change can be reverted or somehow improved upon.
Can the auction houses stay merged?
