Paladin Cancel Bubble on second click

I am looking for the macro this guy is using in this clip

basically on the first press of the macro i pop bubble, on the second press i remove bubble. just like iceblock worsk in vanilla

I'm sure there are better ways of doing this but here is how I do it.

First download ClassicMacros add on from here: https://github.com/Aviana/ClassicMacros

After that it is just:
/cast Divine Shield
/cancelaura Divine Shield
