Can't get quests after Finkle Einhorn, At Your Service!

I was reading that after you turn in Finkle Einhorn, At Your Service, you get 3 follow up quests for three specific gear sets, and it doesn't show up. I've deleted my WDB folder and still nothing. Is it bugged?
