Someone told me there's a reddit page or something to trade K3 characters, but my Google attempt has proven unfruitful to find any sort of link. Anyone have any information on this?

There's https://www.twinstar.cz/manager/Auction/Trade-List.aspx, with all the details on what do people want to trade for what mentioned. The trade requires a 50 Stars fee (1.34 euro) from both users.
