Character not appearing on Armory

Hello all.

After getting my first character to level 19 last night, I went to the Armory this morning to have a look and it still says I don't have any characters on my account.

The site I went to is:
https://www.twinstar.cz/manager/Default.aspx

I logged in and can see my account info in the upper-right corner.

Hmm, I'm noticing now that there are buttons for Hades, Artemis, Hyperion, and Kronos... but my character is on Kronos III. Is that the issue? Is there a way to view characters on Kronos III?
