Craftables from Rep released with AQ War Effort/AQ

Hello all. I'm trying to get some information for my guild when it comes to the craftable NR gear for AQ. As Kronos III is coming to the War Effort, we are getting prepared to raid as soon as possible.

My question is, when is the craftable NR gear from CC rep made available?
