Desperately need faster spawn times

it took me an hour to get 10 kobolds killed for the starter quest this is a ridiculous amount of time. Each monster literally takes like a minute 30 to spawn which is absurd

Won't happen. This was a forseen circumstance of overpopulation.

That's what you get for rolling human. Didn't have this problem with NE.

The problem is that with non-aggresive NPCs, faster respawns are fine, but with aggresive, you will find out that 1.5 minute is almost too fast.

Not to mention the spawns are already scaling based on population in a zone so compared to other vanilla servers you would be waiting far less.
