Shaman Do you have any macros to share.

I've recently started on Kronos and I've tried most classes up to lvl 18 (trying them out in RFC and WC) and I'm now trying out a Shammy. It's so cool! What I'd like is if some experienced Shammys could share any macros they use. I've not decided on a particular trait yet but am tempted by the resto trait.
 
As far as I know, shamans do not benefit as much from macros as other classes do. The only thing I can think of right now would be a natures swiftenss + major healing wave macro.
 
You can make a macro to every spell to equip your totems ( lhw totem, lightning bolt, and shock totems) they do not cause a gcd and swap instantly.
