does not work enchantment on the weapon in the left hand

The enchantment of the "ice weapon" on the weapon in the left hand does not work. Same thing with all the enchantments?
 
Enchants on OH are supposed to work. If you're sure something doesn't work, report it to the bugtracker (see my signature).
