Warrior Does Sword Specilization work properly on Kronos?

unless they broke it recently it works.
keep in mind that sword specialization only resets your swing timer.
if you get a sword proc right before a normal auto swing would go off you will just cut a small amount from your swingtimer.
always try to time your styles accordingly and maybe delay them if that means you get into the next swing cycle.

If, for exemple, your attack were to proc both - let's say - the sword spec and the hand of justice/windfury totem attack or any other extra attack thing ---------- it seems that only one will happen. So seems like you can only proc one extra attack per attack, max.

hmm tough, can't really recall that.
only true autohits can triggers procs. how many they trigger at once is irrelevant afaik.
you should be able to get multiple additional hit procs from a single auto attack. it can't chain proc though.

quite negative to the extreme ain't we ? 
it works but has a few minor bugs that are hardly worth stressing over... you can lookup on the bug tracer or test on the ptr if you are unsure...
There are warriors who played from release to end of naxx that aren't aware of the minor bug... thats how little it means...
if you desire for it to be solved faster then simply supply extra sources proving its correct behavior...
Cases get solved at quite a rapid pace if you take a look at the cases & history you will notice theres actually quite a high rate of solutions as daily average.
