Other DPS class or Healer class needed most? and faction?

I want to start in the server because I saw the boost.

What DPS class or Healler class is most needed to raid? I can play all except tank.

Horde or Alliance? To balance the population.

When start rates x7? 19 february?

Well, first of all, Welcome to Kronos! :smile:

Healers and tanks are always in demand. I do not have any particular idea on what classes are in demand but I would say all pure damage roles and no hybrids are needed.

It is currently around 55% alliance 45% horde, but horde is more pvp oriented so it is easier to get in bgs when they pop.

Yes, it starts on the 19:th and ends 28:th march.

It is not easier to get into BGs as horde. Pally healers and warlock dps seem to be needed the most by raiding guilds. Can't go wrong rolling a mage either.

Horde is the lower population if you're looking to balance it out the server pop.
As for PVE class, I always see groups looking for priest healers.
