Dungeon Set 2

I had the complete set on my Warlock about 2 weeks into a new server and it was quite overpowering. However, by Blizzard rules it was available with Blackwing Lair on new servers. Is this the timeline we can expect for the release of it? I love those sets and the quests for them.
 
It was introduced in 1.10.0, one patch before Naxxramas. Let's keep things blizzlike, okay?
