Faction restriction?

I remember back in the day on retail you weren't allowed to have different faction toons on the same pvp-server.
Will this be the case on Kronos as well?

Since it's a PvP-Server, you shouldn't be able to create a Horde character if you already have Ally chars and vice versa.

Actually this is going to be possible, simply because creating accounts is free, so there is no point in restricting character creation.

This wasn't a problem back in vanilla because there were different servers available. But with Kronos as the only server this would suck.
