Question first aid triage

Having a lot of trouble with the first aid 225 triage quest. I havent seen anyone do it solo. Whats the deal. is it just really hard or do you have to heave help? doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to the way the patients spawn. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stand in the middle of the room and prioritize the critically injured first. If their are 2 critically injured, forget the second one. It is kind of tough but it is doable. Bind the bandage to an easy keybind.
