Problem Freeze

I am playing on K3 for a while and I never had this problem.
I was leveling a tauren with my friend and in tauren starting zone everything was chill and amazing.
After I left Mulgore and went to The Barrens I was freezing non-stop for like 5+ seconds and I don't understand why!
Can anyone tell me what is the problem? I have a new laptop a gaming laptop very good and a high speed internet so don't tell me this is the problem...

When had a problem with screen-lagg I changed the settings for Vertical Sync and Trilinear Filtering. Maybe you can try that, you find those settings in Video Options down/right.
