Hi guys,
I have a problem with Hunter Frenzy talent. It doesnt work for me. It works for my friend normally, but for me not.
 
I would suggest opening an in game ticket. Other than that i'm not sure why it would work for him and not you. Do you both have the same amount of points in the talent?
 
I would suggest not making an in game ticket. google it instead. if you don't find anything then it's a l2p issue
