Friend just got banned?

My uncle and i just ran and got FP i helped him run a couple instances and we where on our way to do RFK and he got kicked and said he was banned.

His name in game is Bastogne

Please fix this asap so we can continue playing

When he went to log on it said This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use.
