Idea Helm models Tier 0

Is there anyway to keep the original model for tier 0 helms? During some patch they changed the model and for the most part it was widely disliked.

If needed I don’t mind scouring wowhead for all the original models.

if its still in the gamefiles then you can pack yourself an mpq using mywarcraftstudio (spelling?) and some mpq packing tool.
