Do anyone know the name of the unit frames (raid, player and target), the icons of cd's used, the chat addon and the action bars? And are they available for vanilla?

Addon coding changes over the years and already between 1.12.1 and 2.0.1 it changed tremendously and so for each expansion which is why i can without a doubt tell you: it does not exist in 1.12.1

However many of the predecessor's of those addon's exist but your question is way too broad to answer just like that, there is over 8 addons in use alone in the picture you see and in vanilla they where even more separated.

make a well formulated question as to what exact addon you are searching for since 1.12.1 & 6.1 is as different as night & day in everyway possible except wisp/party/guild chat.
