Question How will the blue pvp set be handled?

In the light of the soonish K3 release i am wondering how the blue pvp set will be handled.

Will the lvl 58 version be available until a certain point in progression?
If yes, do i have to rank up again to get the lvl 60 version if I had the 58 version before, or will it be automatically be upgraded?
