Other instance/raid tuning question

I'll get straight to the point. Some guy claimed that this server has nerfed instances, including low and end game instances, meaning that the HP/damage and the stats values overall of instances trash and encounters are way nerfed and easier than what they should be. (non-blizzlike)

He argued that Molten Core is the same. Is this true? And if so are the nerfs intentional or not?

Not to my knowledge. If anything seems easy it's likely because we're a lot better at the game than we were back then.

i dont think they got nerfed in terms of HP or whatever
they just appear to be nerfed, because we have the comfort to raid with 1.12.1 talents since launch, 1.12.1 items/enchants, the consumables are way easier accessable, all tactics are already well known, ...
