Has anybody else experienced not being able to attack any mobs with abilities due to 'Invalid Target'?

I have to relog, sometimes twice for it to be fixed. Anyone has any information what causes this bug in the first place?
 
I have experienced this twice where I can't heal allies or attack mobs, it seems to happen after alt f4 in a party or a crash, relogging seems to fix it always
