Mission: To provide quality raiding experience in a positive uplifting environment. We will set the stage for success, be goal oriented, and strive for excellency. Everyone is part of the team and will be rewarded for dedication.
Raid times: 7:45pm-11:00pm(EST) // 4:45pm(PST)-7:40pm(PST)
Raid days: We will start with 2days(Most likely Wed/Thur) and add a 3rd later.

Who we are: Invoke is a brand new guild getting ready to start k3. Leadership just cleared BWL and then left Elysium when they switched to Lights-hope. We got tired of the drama and couldn't trust the development team any longer.
What we want: We want players who are consistent in their performance, attitude, and attendance. You must be able to take criticism in an open raid, learn from your mistakes, and open to suggestions. You can not have a fowl mouth and we will not put up with any Toxic players.
Current Goal: To build a competitive, but friendly non-elitist community for gamers. As someone with a 40+hour work week we do not want any drama in our raids, we are here to down all content at a consistent speed and enjoy the ride! We will also plan other events, World PVP, twink BG's, 5mans, and other games!
How we run the guild: The guild will be set up with everyone in mind. No one will receive favoritism and the officer staff is not aloud to have a bias. Friends and family are welcome, but you must understand this is a goal oriented guild. There will be rules for all members and raiders, rules set in place so we do not become elitists or biased guild. Loot will be a Fair system, a mix of DKP/EPGP. Guild leadership must maintain a positive vote count from the raid team in order to keep their officer role. This guild will function as a democracy, not a dictatorship. The guild will be 100% transparent, with nothing to hide.
