Shaman Is Crystal of Natural Alignment usable with ToeP/Hero Charm usable together

Hi shaman folk,

I know that ToeP and Hero Charm have CD so its not usable together.
Now I've seen a video of Ioney way back from retail vanilla. There he used ToeP with ZG hero charm and naturally that was patched out. But sometimes he used ToeP or ZG charm together with the Crystal of Natural Alignment. Now I would like to know whether these two are still be usable simultaneously?
