Sorry if this seems like self-promotion or some shit, but I really didn't want to create a ticket in case I'm just missing something, so I thought I'd ask the community if they think this guy might be botting.
Some things I'd noticed while just Pubbing a little bit to kill time:
- He would say sentences in BGchat that really had no context to the game
- He'd stand around at a particular spot outside of ETun, just spinning in circles for no particular reason
- He wouldn't dispel debuffs on his person, but would dispel allies after "running" to them, it's hard to explain
And the strangest thing was this:

So what's the verdict, bot or just someone who doesn't have a firm grasp on the game?
