Hi, I'd like to ask testers to check Judgement of Justice spell.
This spell didn't work at any private(MANGOS) server where I played.
This spell prevents a player from going above their normal run speed. Thus, for instance, a Druid who is affected by the Judgement will not go any faster than the normal run speed if they shift into Travel Form, a Rogue who uses Sprint will receive no speed boost, and any player riding a mount will receive no speed bonus from doing so. As of 2.0 version of the game, this ability affect players as well. It limit a player's speed to a maximum speed of 100% running speed, nullifying the benefits of Travel Form, Sprint, Dash, Aspect of the Cheetah, Ghost Wolf and mounts. It is not considered a snare; therefore, druid's shapeshift does not remove it. Currently, the only counters are dispel or CC the paladin so that he cannot refresh it.
 
Yep, this effect couldn't work on any vanilla server you played, because it simply wasn't in the game. It got added with Burning Crusade.
 
So Judgement of Justice is only effective in PvE?

It works in PvP too.

The Vanilla effect is that you make your target immune to fear. So you prevent monsters from fleeing. And you could also prevent enemy players from fleeing, if you wish so :biggrin:

The TBC effect is the same as Vanilla + the target cannot move faster than 100% of the default run speed.
 
It's like the only peel Palas have apart from Stun. Still not good, but it's something I guess.
 
Well, if somebody was fleeing from me, seeing that he would lose otherwise, I still considered it a victory :) Besides that I had Hammer of Wrath, Holy Shock and Judgement if there was a little distance between us and he was almost done. It was a bit annoying sometimes, but not a big issue for me.
