Hunter Juju might/ Fengus Ferocity, etc : RAP or not?

Hello everyone,

So I noticed these consum/ buffs doesnt gives Ranged AP here.

I'm not sure how this should work and can't find any ressources about it on the net.

Anyone got clue?

Most AP buff didnt work on ranged attack on retail.

I said most, but except Trueshot aura, none gave RAP. So no point giving detail.
