K3 Alliance BG's?

Do BG's ever get better for Alliance at higher levels? With my two toons in the teens and 20's the BG situation is awful. We lose virtually every time. What is really frustrating is that they aren't even close games. The vast majority of them are 3-0 WSG, often with really lopsided kill numbers. Have I just been really unlucky, or is this just the way it is? Are people finding the same thing in higher level brackets as well? Thank you.

horde pugs> ally pugs / ally prems > horde prems usually. Also horde is stronger in wsg and alliance in ab.
