Hay im new to wow private servers.

When exactly will Kronos 3 classic server be launching?
Will the new server be pay2win? from the twinstar page i can see that you can buy stars for reallifecash and use those stars to buy characters, tiems, gold and mounts
Will this be available on the new kronos3 server?

How mutch 1000stars are in €? is there a list anywhere to see the stars/€ cosst?!
 
I'll contribute a bit to new player questions.
Switchingto Kronos 3 from elysium, anyone know if they have a static patch of 1.12? For example, lets say I play a warror does shield slam generate a moderate amount of threat or is it pre-buff? Same thing with normalization of 1 handed weapons which makes fury incredible in the first tiers? Also, will hunter pets be normalized?

Sorry, lots of questions but i'm trying to decide what class to play.
