Kronos III - Garments of Darkness - Priest Quest Bug

Hi,
I am taking the quest, going to the NPC Deathguard Kel. Healing him with Lesser Heal 2, he is standing up, and after that casting Power Word : Fortitude on him, he cheers and walking away. But in quest log Fortify Deathguard Kel line shown as 0/1 and quest is not completing. I tried to abondon it and did again, same result. I can't complete quest.

Towns Guard needs help with weather anomaly to the south. Two scouts sent to investigate have disappeared. Inquire with Captain Val at the Kodi nox South Gate.
