Kronos new player questions

Hay im new to wow private servers.

When exactly will Kronos 3 classic server be launching?
Will the new server be pay2win? from the twinstar page i can see that you can buy stars for reallifecash and use those stars to buy characters, tiems, gold and mounts
Will this be available on the new kronos3 server?

How mutch 1000stars are in €? is there a list anywhere to see the stars/€ cosst?!

Uff... 31st of March and the server won't have an ingame shop. Not sure about conversion, but since there's no ingame shop I doubt u'll need an answer to that.
