Lower the respawn timer of Scarshield Quartermaster?

with the many new 60s requiring the attunement wouldn't it be nice to have a respawn timer lower then the 5hours ?. like 1-30mins or so? :/ kinda sucks you HAVE to afk down there for 5 hours to get your attunement
 
Hi, the respawn time on this NPC is about 3 hours and not 5. It was a day in hell getting it for me so I think you also should spend a day in hell.
